Who we work with
CLT Advisory works with organisations and partnerships that are ambitious for the places, communities and causes they serve.
Based in the North East and working nationally, we support Boards and leadership teams across culture, heritage, charities and other purpose-led organisations, as well as collaborations that bring together partners from across sectors. Our work is grounded in impact, helping organisations turn ambition into practical plans, stronger partnerships and sustainable delivery.
We have particular experience in the development and implementation of major publicly funded programmes, including national and local government funding, Arts Council England and the National Lottery Heritage Fund, as well as programmes supported by private foundations and philanthropic bodies. Alongside this, our experience spans strategy, governance, organisational and business planning, audience development, commercial income, philanthropy and funding diversification.
Sometimes we work with a single organisation at a critical point in its development. Sometimes we work alongside other delivery partners, bringing together complementary and specialist experiences and backgrounds to meet the particular needs of a project. Our approach is collaborative, practical and rooted in the communities and places our clients exist to serve.
